Delta Inverter

Inverter is controler of spindle, it control the start, speed and stop of spindle. We usually adopt Taiwan Detla inverter.

Delta’s inverter combined with DC power systems, could provide a modular UPS for AC power backup. The system can operate in economy mode. When in normal opoeration the total installation’s energy efficiency could be optimized automatically. In regions with AC utility challenges, the auxiliary AC-powered infrastructure is protected by the inverter system from AC mains fluctuations. Further more, the inverter system offers new opportunities for energy savings through providing backup AC power.

Leadshine hybrid servo motor

Leadshine hybrid servo motor is stepper motor add a servo moniter. It could work like servo motor but with much lower cost. It suitable for high accuracy request on general type CNC router. It's a cost performance choice.

Rotary axis

Rotary axis is standard configuration for a CNC router, it make CNC router could process cylinder. You could fix it on table to use it, that require a higher Z axis gantry. So if you using it should be determined when you order the CNC router. A rotary axis suitable for client don’t need much cylinder processing. All CNC router could add rotary axis to engrave table leg etc cylinder products.

Ball secrew transmission

Ball secrew transmission is slow but more stabile transmission type. Widely used in CNC router Z axis, and X, Y and Z axis for mini cnc router. It could provide powerful guarantee of machine’s accuracy and working life.
