Hiwin and PTM Square Rail

We choose square rail for our cnc router. Bucause compare with round rail, square rail could bear qaual force in all directions, could ensure the accuracy and strength of the machine. Square rail is more suitable for high-speed move and greatly reduce the drive horsepower the machine required.

NC studio System is very different from other Control system, it provides a PC Screen, you coul see the toolpath and tool position on PC screen. Operator could control the PC on-site, and make a change without moving if nesscery. It’s a control card installed in control box, and connect PC on-site.
